The Journey to the West attraction in Guangzhou

In Guangzhou (Canton), Guangdong Province, tucked away in the huge Yuexiu Park, there is a gigantic walk through attraction themed around The Journey to the West.

In multiple buildings your path winds through the adventures of Sun Wukong, the Monkey King, and his companions. They are portrayed full size and often animatronically. There are funny sections and very scary sections.

In some cases I cannot identify some of the scenes or characters. I have not read all of the story. Please help me identify what is going on in each scene.

These three fine gentledemons are in the Chamber of Horrors. I like their chairs!

The San-xing. The three stellar gods of good fortune. Lu-xing (Star of Honor), Fu-xing (Lucky Star - the one in blue), and Shou-xing (Star of Longevity - the Bald One). These figures are life size.

We are about to enter the throne room of the Jade Emperor..

Monkey consults with the Jade Emperor.

Outside again (and again I had to modify an image in certain areas)

This is the Boddhisattva "Guan yin"
